Why a widget?

The tournament page is usually the most outdated part of a club website. The widget maintains itself: new tournaments appear, past ones drop off.

It shows every organiser's tournaments in the area, with date, place, distance and time control; each entry leads to the tournament page with the official details and a map.

No cookies, no trackers, and it adapts to light and dark websites.

What does the widget cost?

Nothing. It is free for every club and website.

Where do the tournaments come from?

From the public federation calendars (Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, England), refreshed nightly, plus tournaments clubs publish on Chessmates.

Does it work with WordPress, Wix or Squarespace?

Yes, anywhere you can add an HTML block, for example WordPress's "Custom HTML" block.

Does the widget set cookies?

No cookies and no tracking.
